Ayurvedic Massage

Ayurvedic Massage
Ayurvedic Massage is a thousand-year-old Indian massage method that helps reactivate the recovery processes of body and mind. It is used for relaxation and in the treatment of various diseases. Ayurvedic Massage can therefore also bring about drastic changes in the physical, mental and emotional constitution. An Ayurvedic massage does not necessarily focus on the muscles but also on the flow of energies and all fluids in the body. There are many different types and forms of massage within the Ayurveda.

Ayurvedic massage is done according to:

• Constitution or dosha
• Age

• State of health
• State of the digestive fire
• Toxins (waste) in the body

Based on this data and in consultation with the client, I choose the massage method and techniques and put together the right oil.

Ayurvedic Massage counteracts the aging process, it keeps the skin young. A good massage with oil cleanses the skin and at the same time cleans millions of pores. It indirectly affects the lungs, intestines and kidneys. Massage promotes blood circulation, removes dead skin cells so that new skin cells can grow, and this preserves the elasticity of the skin. Promoting blood circulation helps with the release of toxins and waste. Ayurvedic Massage not only works on a physical level, it also has its effect on the mind; it brings peace and ensures a good state of mind.
