About Ranjana

I am Randjana and I help people through Yoga to create more peace and balance in their
body and mind.
In 2005 I took my first yoga class in a temple in Suriname. In 2016, I made the decision to
yoga training in Rishikesh, India. Then in 2019 I followed a yoga training in Rishikesh, India.

Nowadays I give private sessions at Bela on Wednesdays. It is my mission to help you to
get the best out of a yoga posture, so that this has a positive influence on your daily life.
I am excited to show you what is possible for your body. Find being kind to yourself
I also very important.
I am living proof that Yoga can help you. Yoga has helped me through good times, but also in lesser times it helped me a lot.

Classic Hatha Yoga
Classic Hatha Yoga is a Yoga style where the movements are slow, but you do use your power
and your muscles. Ha means Sun and Tha means Moon. This Yoga style brings the Moon and Sun energy
perfectly balanced. Yoga (the science of connection) is a lifestyle. Movement is a universal
aspect of nature and that is reflected in different facets of life.

In Classical Hatha Yoga
it’s about what you can do with your unique body and not about the perfect posture. I’ll help you
where you need attention at that moment to get the right alignment in a Yoga posture. It
remains your practice. The most important thing is that you connect your body, mind and soul. You become
more aware of your own body. It’s about being the best version of yourself. The conscious
practicing Yoga has more benefits than practicing Yoga with a mind that has high demands.
For the private session it does not matter if you are a beginner or if you are already familiar with Yoga. It goes
