Foot massage or Kansa Vatki

Ayurvedic foot massage is a wonderfully relaxing treatment that helps to balance body and mind. The special thing about the treatment is the use of a small 3-metal Kansa Vatki. The 3 metals are copper, zinc and tin. Copper is believed to help reduce pain and inflammation and is also antibacterial, zinc helps with the proper functioning of the immune system and digestion, while tin is believed to be useful in digestion, relieving headaches and insomnia.

There are 107 Marma pressure points on the body, 14 of which can be found on the lower legs and feet. Working with these points can help to relieve certain conditions in the body and release the energy flow.
