Yoga is very simple. Pranayama can give you a longer life and you have more concentration. The asanas (poses) are keeping you healthy. Both are giving you mental stability and  you can use that  in your daily life, outside your mat. Outside your mat you are contstantly challenged with different issues, but if you are mentaly stable, you can handle this very well.

About the teacher Randjana:

In 2005 (at that moment I was 23 years old) I had my first yogalesson in Surinam. For five weeks I went every week to the yogaclasses. Back in the Netherlands I searched for a teacher to continue yoga. From that moment I went every week to yoga and I learned more about yoga. I learned about the secrets behind the asanas (poses) and pranayama. My curiosity kept on growing, so I deciced to go to Rishikesh in India in May 2016 to become a yogateacher. I like to share this knowledge with others.
